Terms of Service
The artist reserves the right to refuse any request.
After details have been negotiated, the artist will send a watermarked version of the sketch to the client. Upon the client’s approval, 50% of the payment will be made via Paypal or Square invoice. The artist will not proceed on the commission until payment has been made. When the project is complete, the artist will send a watermarked version of the final to the client. Upon client’s approval, the final 50% of the payment will be made, and client will receive the full high-res unwatermarked file. This process is to protect both the artist and the client, however the artist will also accept full payment upfront if the client chooses.
The client may be charged an additional fee for large changes during the making of the artwork.
The client is free to post the artwork they receive, however they must credit the artist when doing so.
The client shall not use the artwork for commercial use, cryptocurrency, or redistribution of the artwork with the intention of creating a profit. Using the artwork for personal purposes (decoration, gifting, wallpaper, profile picture, personal print, etc) is allowed.
The client shall not reproduce and/or otherwise use the artwork in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work, including without limitation to technologies that are capable of generating works in the same style or genre as the artwork. The client shall also not sublicense others to reproduce and/or otherwise use the artwork in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work.
The artist will only accept refunds before the final 50% of payment has been made. Refunds will not be granted after the project has been complete.
The client must have a description of some kind to give to the artist along with the request. Reference images are not required, but they are extremely helpful.
If no descriptions or references are offered and the client wishes for the artist to create a design, an additional design fee will need to be paid. The artist will provide a quote on the fee.
If the client opts for the artist to create the design, the client runs the risk of receiving a result they did not expect. The artist is willing to work on editing design elements at the 50% checkin mark, however the client also runs the risk of additional edit fees.
The artist may post the completed commission to their social platforms and include it in their portfolio. The commissioner will be credited unless they opt not to.
